Re: Letter of Inquiry — Helmet Structural Integrity Screening Community Pilot (SUNCOAST-RFP-26)

Dear Ms. Park,

Capital Forge League, Inc. (EIN 99-4872103), a Florida 501(c)(3) nonprofit, respectfully submits this letter of inquiry for a $15,000 education grant under your community pilot.

Who we are
Our mission is financial literacy and entrepreneurship education for military veterans and college student-athletes. Enrollment is open. We do not take equity in participant ventures.

What we are asking
A twelve-month Tampa Bay community pilot of the helmet structural integrity screening platform. The platform determines service fitness and creates a serialized record. It does not reduce impact severity, and no injury-prevention claim is made.

Program
Open-enrollment workshops covering equipment literacy, record-keeping, and household finance. Sideline screening days produce a serialized fitness record for each helmet submitted.

Request
$15,000 — instruction, screening days, and record operations, restricted to the education program.
